Changes to my study career

  Hi everyone, this is my fifth blog. First of all, I want to ask you: Do you feel you are getting a high quality education? And do you think your wasted money is according what university is offering you?, today I want to answer both of the questions and share my opinion with you. As some of you know, I’m a dentistry student and I’m currently cursing 2 nd year, my curriculum includes several subjects like Biochemistry and physiology, Anthropology, Semiology, Health promotion and education, English, and a hands-in subject named “simulaciones”. My daily self-study includes at least 2 hours of focus study, but this number can vary depending my workload (some weeks higher). My university includes some facilities like opening green spaces, a cafeteria, the university also have some food trucks with different foods, a library and a clinic where 3 rd year students can practice using all the knowledge they learned. Time Travel to the Past or Future

  The future is unknown and fascinating, we can only imagine how many things will change in a few years, the true is now we’re living a revolutionary moment, recently inventions like IA’s, electric cars, even apps we use every day are making a big change on our lives. However, we can’t compare futuristic themes if we don’t have a look on the past, anyway the future made a positive change comparing the past, right? That’s what I want to talk today. Looking at the past I can think about all the things we improve that make our lives easier, but I feel we have lost a part of our humanity, it’ kinda we become more like robots, that takes a big significant if we think we depend of technology, at the same time I would like to travel to the future, but I believe is just because I want to experience if things I imagine about future are real. We are progressed a lot in only a century, so I would like to travel at least a hundred years to see how much we changed. Definitely I would like...

My dream job

  Hi guys, this is my third blog, today I’ll talk about my dream job. When I was a child, I was really interested in football so I really wanted to be a professional football player, I practiced almost every day, I was even in different football schools for a while, but left that dream soon, because I knew it was really hard to become a great talent in Chile. Later, I was a fan of biology and I was interested in human body, so I decided to become a doctor. I really tried to get into the medicine career but I couldn’t, so I tried one more time, but this time I thought on a second career. Finally, I chose my current major, I was not sure about my decision at first, but now I can say I liked it. The dentistry job is an indoor job, which you have to know a lot of face and neck anatomy and have a lot of knowledge in different procedures.  I would really like to travel a lot doing this job, I’m also interest in working in USA someday, one of the reasons is about the salary, I ...

The best concert of my life

  Hi guys, welcome to a new blog, today I will talk about the best concert of my life. Have you heard about MANESKIN? MANESKIN is a rock band that recently gained fame for the song Beggin’, released in 2023. I was hearing every song they played until today, so they were being part of my favorite bands. In 2022 they announced the tour in South America, so I bought tickets as fast as I could. I asked my mom, who was fan of them too (influenced by me), if she wanted to go with me to see them and she loved the idea, so I got one more ticket for her. When she arrived, we took advantage of doing some things before like go to eat, walk around the city and we bought some things for my apartment and, at the same, time we were exciting for the concert at night. When the time was close we used the subway to get to the Movistar Arena, and when we arrived we saw a lot of people in the line, we had to wait for a while but finally we get into the stadium and the band arrived. A place I would like to visit...

  Hi guys, welcome to my first blog, today I want to introduce you a place I would really like to visit that is France . This country is located in Europe, is just between Spain, Italy and Germany.   A good way to visit it is taking a fly, so you will spend 13 hours travelling approximately.   Once you arrive there are many things you can do there, one of things I would really like to try is to visit Paris and see the Eiffel tower. Also, you can prove new plates, I heard on TV and internet that France has one of the best gastronomies in the world, so you will have a really nice experience proving new kind of foods. If you want to be relaxed and enjoy the landscapes you can take a boat that travel across the Sena River.   At the same time, if you are searching for a cultural activity and you like history and art, visiting the Louvre museum is good way to enjoy iconic paintings like the “Mona Lisa”.
